I'm a smoker too - and I tell myself all sorts of stuff about how it's not THAT bad for me (I only smoke between 4 and 10 cigs a day). However.I'm also a nurse.and carcinogens are carcinogens.. just keep in mind the many people who die from lung cancer due to secondhand smoke..and they most likely weren't even exposed to it on a daily basis!!
not to mention what it can still do to your oral health as well as risks for throat and mouth cancer. Like that annoying phrase says.there's no safe cigarette. If you enjoy them and do it in moderation - good for you! just know that it can still cause health problems.

STOP! Why? Chew sugarless gum.if you're as active as you say, again.why? It's not healthy for you and will affect you differently due to your age. It will be harder to reverse the effects of smoking as your body is developed. Im a 20 year old who use to smoke cigarrettes a little bit. Now i think their the dirtiest thing in existance. They have cancer causing agents and although one may not get cancer straight off, the more carcinongens your lungs are exposed to the greater the chance a mutation in a cell will occur.

Cigar smoking is safer than cigarettes reguardless of what the warnings say.
