I sprained my ankle about 2 months ago and I still have a big swollen ankle.Their is no pain Just a huge ankle

The ankle is still healing, but that swelling should be a bit better by now. You may have some scar tissue built up as well. Try to ice it as much as possible. The best way to do this is to ice for ten minutes on, ten minutes off, and repeat three to four times. Try to do this a couple of times per day. Also, to get the circulation going, toe raises every so often also help because contracting your calves will help bring fluid from your foot up your leg better. Best thing would be to see a physiotherapist for some frictioning and ultrasound to break up any scar tissue.

i have had several sprained and 1 broken ankle..if it was a bad sprain then that thing will never go back down to a normal size it will always be fatter than the unsprained ankle.its just normal cuz now there is scar tissue and stuff in there where your body has healed itself.
