Question: Following on from my earlier question about the drugs trial, should people like Ian Huntley and Peter Sutcliffe be used for drugs trials and experiments, it may be viewed as giving something back to society and is something useful they can do while sitting inside prisons for the rest of their lives, costing the tax payer, why not get something back?
