Ever squeeze a mineral to get mineral oil?

Question:
Olive oil comes from olives. Corn oil comes from corn. I never squeezed a baby, so I'm not sure where baby oil comes from. But what about mineral oil, an ingredient in my eyedrops? Where does mineral oil come from? No retarded answers, like "from a mineral, duh" please.

Answers:
BY PRODUCT OF PETROLEUM. THERE IS A FOOD GRADE AS WELL AS A TOPICAL GRADE. BY THE WAY, BABY OIL IS MINERAL OIL AND FRAGERANCE.

Great question, but I don't know the answer. Sorry!

It's an (ultimate) product of he mineral element carbon (via petroleum) and it's called mineral to distinguish it from vegetable.
(I think I'm right).

Mineral oil is oil mined from the ground. It is a refined product, like petroleum. It is used a cheap filler for a lot of skin and beauty products, but it's not good for your skin as it is ultimately drying and robs it of other nutrients such as vitamin E.
