I have a crick in my neck does anyone know any remidies?

Question: Woke up with it yesterday and cant move my neck very well. Is there anyone who has had this problem and knows how to fix it without going to a cyropractor. I know heat pads tend to help, but i havent had a chance to go get one. HELP, it is really painful, any remidies will help loads. Thanks

Also, take a large bath towel, fold it enough to be able to wrap it around your neck...that way it props your head up and takes the weight off... take a pain reliever and relax the best you can.

Take a pain reliever. Use your blow dryer on your neck while working your head back and forth. Use common sense so you don't burn yourself.

I know it hurts, but holding your neck stiff will just make it hurt more and for a longer period of time. Try to move normally.

it might sound nuts but when my husband broke his neck the therapeutic masseuse told him to put a cap full of bleach in a hot tub of bath water and soak in it . not the bleach wont hurt you or your privet parts i don't know how it works but it does i try-ed it for a sore back and neck now i swearer by it
