Its not true that sleep less = healthy. Ample rest and enough sleep time is important. You should at least sleep for 8 hours. < than that would be kinda unhealthy as you did not let your body to rest well and how can your body perform usual task if they do not have enough rest. Likewise, your immune system would be down and you would be more prone to getting sick.
Thus, have ample rest and sleep at least 8 hours.
If you cannot sleep? maybe you can get sleeping pill but better not as it is a medication and medication would tend to give side effects over long term use.
