has anyone ever had bone spurs removed from your feet." seriously answers only please?"?
Question:
Answers:
My father had a bone spur in his elbow which he had to have removed. he had swelling at the area before the surgery and what is known as a bursa. The procedure was relatively quick although the healing took awhile due to my fathers age (60). The biggest thing was the skin healing where they had to cut to get to the bone. Deep incisions like that take awhile to heal, especially in the extremities. depending on your age, I would suspect they will tell you to stay off of your feet for about a month or 2 after the surgery.
