Answers:
hello,

Yes Ive had the same problem and iron and vit B and folic acid all work together, ie if you take vit B but have low iron you will not absort the vit b. Symptoms you will get are feeling numbness, feeling tiered, light headed etc. I had to take a multi vitamin which had a hight dosage of vit B, folic acid and iron as well as follow a special diet hight in meat, fish nuts etc. I followed this for 6 months however I still need to do this every year becuase not everyone can absort these to the extent everyone can. I was not informed that it can be dangerous to take iron for a long period of time so not sure about that. My nutritionalist said it was safe as long as I didnt take more than he told me too. Good luck

Have you got any tips for me, so that i can help my man get a good nights sleep?

Yes indeed. I have pernicious anemia. Therefore I get shots of the B complex every month and take multivitamins to get more iron. Get a full work up to make sure you can absorb what you need to.

What is the best way of getting rid of shon splints?

the majority of people that have B12 deficiency is because they have a problem absorbing the B12 vitamin but the shots are for those that the pills don't work i would try the pills first and if that doesn't work then the shots unless this is a problem that runs in the family low on iron you can buy ferrous sulfate at any drug store with out a prescription this form is not constipating
