the cheapest place to go in the US (which is the easyest, unless you like buying drugs from out of the country, you never know what your going to get, and for all you know the medication you recieve might even be expired) is Costco.
if you'd like to see around what they do charge, get all the information about your medicine, and go here:
http://www.costco.com/Pharmacy/frameset.asp?trg=HCFrame.asp&hcban=Banner.asp&hctar=finddrugs.asp&catid=678&fromscript=1&Article=pricing%20information&log=
this hyperlink has all of costcos pricing for their pharmacy. our medicine is $50 at the regular grocery store, $40 at walmart, and at costco its about $20. so its really nice. it does depend on what part of the country you live in, (if you live in a city, the cost of living is going to be higher, and your medicine will be higher. if you live in a state with lots of big cities, your medicine will also be higher. ) if you cannot figure out how to use the costco system's pharmacy priceing page, and you'd like some help, email me with the name of your medication, and be sure to include any capital letters that come after the medicines name on the perscription example: if your perscription bottle actually says "ambien AD", but your doctor always just called it ambien be sure to include the AD, be sure, also, to include the Mg, or milligram amount of your medicine. this is the strength of your medication. some kinds of medication only have one milligram amount, but be sure to include it anyway. i'll look up as many medications as you need me to look up, i do it for alot of people i know.
if you'd rather find your way to a costco and ask a pharmacist in person what the prices of your medication might be (and dont already know where a store in your area is) i sugest putting your zip code into the store locater on the site's page. it is here:
http://www.costco.com/Warehouse/locator.aspx?cm_re=1-_-Top_Right_Nav1-_-Top_locations
but the cheapest place right now in the US overall is Costco. there is one or 2 other drugstores in the US that have around the same prices, but they arenot nationwide stores, and the probability that you would live near one are slim to none. i happen to live near a smaller chain that has great prices on medication, its called Discount Drug Mart (yeah, i know wierd name, but they're pretty cool) and while their prices are around the same, there are many medications that often differ about a dollar or two from Costco's prices. (some are more expensive, some are less exspensive) but in our case, we happen to live closer to Discount Drug Mart than we do a Costco. so we end up going with them.
