Ive strained my hamstring, how can i get back into football quickly?


Question:
i strained it 2 nights ago while i was playing footy, should i stretch it and do a few exercises or just leave it for a few days until it clears up without my help. i need to be back as soon as possible so i can join a new team thtas starting up this week.
