What in your opinion, what is the best non stimulant drug for ADD?

Question:
(for an 8 year old)

Answers:
we haven't tried the non-stimulants, but the time-release ritalin called CONCERTA is excellant. my 16 yr old has been on meds since he was in first grade and Concerta is the best we have found. You only have to take it once a day, and it is released slowly into the system and is the most effective dispensing we have found. my son is diagnosed with severe ADHD, and we had multiple problems with other meds like regular ritalin, adderall, etc.
