How do I get rid of piles(haermorroids).Is exercising okay or it just worsens the situation?

Alopathy has no permanent cure for it.

Cause of Piles:- Uncomfortable diet or service conditions that requires sitting in one place for much time, that causes difficult defecation during which the muscles in and around the anus gets torned mildly and the bleeding starts or the Intestine swells protruding out.

Cure:- Temporary:- If you have protruding Piles, simply take a small block of Ice fromthe fridge and hold it on the protruded portion. (Lie on the bed keeping your but up and insert it inthe anus as far as possible.) The projection will go in, gradually and you will be relieved fromthe burning sensation.

Permanent:- Take a tablet called "Pilon" (Ayurvedic). This tablet comes in a pack for 24 days. @ twice a day. mornign and night before bed. Take one Banana (Fruit) (The unriped Banana will cause the effect on the otherway as it has iron contents). Take one cup of Warm milk and add it two table spoons of Ghee (a clarified, semifluid butter) (the taste may be odd for somebody. But you must take it my dear. If you are not relieved, you continue the tablet "Pilon" for another 24 days. The cure is certain.

Prevention:- Even after you are cured, have the habit of consuming the okne riped banana or (if possible and) a bowl of grapes. By far away from nonvegetarian food, egg etc. Don't take hot (mirchi), spsicie food. Piles will never think of approaching you my dear. Food Habits are most important. Don't Smoke, as this will make the passing of stools difficult. You can continue to take ghee with milk as said earlier life long. Exercise and all will serve no purpose. You will have to be careful when you attend parties for your diet habits. Be away from Alcohol. If you fall unwell and consume antibiotic, consume more Milk with ghee and start taking pilon for few daysm because antibiotic causes constipation for somebody.

ugh.. i dont have this problem, but a person close to me does, ive heard they can only be surgically removed. And they dont nessecarilly always cause a problem, they will flare up then go back down. that sure sounds painful though... ouch..

Stop eating red meats. take lots of veggies and water and fruit juices. apply anti piles cream before and after defacation.

If you are a complete nut job, this will probably work.
Try kegeling. This is the muscle that controls most of the things to do with your bottom. The more you exercise this the better. It can help them to recede so that you don't have this problem. I would not do a lot of exercises where you are straining at least until your kegel muscle gets much stronger than what it is. Also make sure you are eating enough bran and things to make sure that your BMs are as smooth as they can be. Find out what in your diet is helping to cause this problem as well. Outside of getting them taking out cryogenically(frozen off with Liquid nitrogen)you have to change your diet. Eat lots of fibre associated foods(all bran,whole wheat,etc) and fruit & veges. This is to help stimulate your digestive tract which has become sluggish and also your peristylis action(the natural movemnt of the tract) and any exercise will help benefit the body to. Walking or swimming is fabulous as its weight deficient in terms of no pain and keeping yourself in shape.
This is not to say that you cannot eat other foods, but moderation is the key here and even a little drink wont hurt(alchoholic)..
Piles/Haemorrhoids is a protrusion from the wall of anus/rectum....It may be due to several reasons.....som of them are

1.overstraining at stools
2.Gay activity
3.lifting heavy weights
4.Due to old age
5.Due to dietery habits

First identify the reason for ur piles...And try to abstain from it...

Exercise is not a remedy for it...
You can visit your surgeon and by an easy procedure you can get rid of this painful condition....The earlier you treat,the better..
no only exercise would'nt help yout, other than exercise you do this tips - sit in warm water for 10 to 15mins daily, eat banana and cucumber. best thing in herbal way is- make paste of fully riped banana then make small balls then fry in mustard oil, take it after every meal for atleast 1 months continously and see the difference ..
