Does anyone know what to do for a locked shoulder where you cannot raise your arm?

Possibly bursitis which is when you have a basic arthritic problem, when you get to the stage of locking up you need to see a Physician who can give you steroid injection into the joint itself. Many years ago my Mother had this problem and they tried cobalt treatments which unfortunately didn't work, what did work was she fell backward off of a chair and jerked her arms out, you could hear her scream for a mile away. She did break up the jagged spurs that were causing her locked shoulders. Medacine has come a long way in 20 years.
