idea weight?

i am 27 years old and my height is 6 feet sharp. my current weight 69 kg (138 pound). what should be my ideal weight? if i need to increase my weight, how i can improve it?

Answers:
You definitely need to gain weight. The only way to do that is to eat a LOT of calories every day. You do want to stay active however, you do not want that weight all going to one spot. Exercising while you do this may seem as though it would be counter productive but the truth is muscle is heavier than fat!

It would be a good idea to see a doctor about your ideal weight and find out how many calories you need to consume each day in order to gain weight while you exercise as well.

your weight needs to be a lot higher cuz your so tall. The weight is evenly distributed across your body so 138 is not enough for someone as tall as you.
