You can go to a Allergist Dr. he can preform all different types of tests. With that he will be able to find out what your allergies are. Good Luck!

That is what I did to find out thaI I had Hay Fever and it really works.
You should discuss it with a qualified doctor, such as your GP. I do not recommend an allergist or alternative medicine providers, nor a health food shop. Often a test is not even needed.

see your gp and he or she will refer you to a specialist at your local hospital and they will test you for every allergy there is.
The best "test" is to do it yourself: follow an elimination diet removing the obvious problematic foods: Dairy and Wheat, and then, if you see good results, the other main culprits: Soy and Corn.
