Anyone know how acetylcholine levels may be restored after they have been depleted?

Question:
What food groups or supplements may be chosen to improve these levels, or is it a matter of uncontrollable elements that characterize these levels. Am I even very far off the correct path in my thinking?

Answers:
The scientific complexities of Ach are beyond my ability to produce the information. I'm not sure there are foods individually or in combination that would actually enhance the levels of Ach in the body. I'm sure that there are most likely pharmacological uses in central nervous system applications and conversely the inhibition of Ach for treatment of Alzheimers. I think that tampering with Ach levels in the body is too risky at best for the average person. It's just not all that simple.
I think it has to do with calcium.
