E- all of the above, or eventually surgery.
Preparation H is a good one 4 shrinking them. BUT you need to do the following. LAY off white bread, white flour. NO caffeine. AND lay off the sugar its not good either.EAT more fiber in your diet.DRINK 8 glasses of water a day.MORE cooked + raw veggies help too.IF you don't change your diet they could get worse. Good luck star
believe it or not i heard that if you put a 1/2 inch plug of the gel from a aloe vera plant (a.k.a. burn plant) up your butt twice a day for two weeks it will cure hemorrhoids.
There are plenty of creams & lotions available at all chemist (& superstores).

Preparation H is the most well known one to use though.

My advice to you would be, when you are in the bath or shower, GENTLY push them back in & this will give you a rest from the discomfort.

It could take a week or two with treatment, so be patient.

Good luck

:-)
Preparation H or Germaloids cream. Sitting in a bath of cold water will shrink and clean them. Always wash with cold water prior to application of cream.
There is a surgery they can perform.

Use the ointments and live with them, if they get to the point that you can't cope then have the operation.
Good luck.
