I got a thermal burn with blisters. Why does the blister gets bigger and bigger and should I pop it?

I am now pregnant, and I used silvadene to treat it, but then it seems that silvadene is not safe to use on pregnant woman. My blister seemed to gather more and more liquid as time goes by. If I don't pop the blister, would it leave a scar or puss under the skin and make the situation worse?

Answers:
If you pop it, it will probably leave a scar. I would just let it go, even if it is painful :(

please see a doctor..you are pregnant and dont risk your baby trying your own remidies or depending on answers from here..
