My arm kinda feels like its numb and it very painful! What is wrong?

Looking at your picture, you appear to be athletic and also a computer operator. You may very well be a victim of bad ergonomics. Also, if you play tennis, you may have a pinched nerve. I would move the mouse lower and not have to lift the arm to use the mouse. The keyboard should be 6” above the waist.
My guess pinched nerve this happened to my wife 3 weeks ago she got a new pillow and she had a bit of pain between her shoulder blades in her back (very slight pain) but both her arms where numb and tingling and her thumbs. This continued till she switched back to her old pillow and now shes fine. I think it's called sporadic nerve.
