Is it safe to use ammonia to clean the inside of a microwave?

Question:

Answers:
No ammonia is not safe to use in your Microwave. It can not only leave terrible fumes that may transfer to your food but it is also possible for it to ignite.
The safest and easiest way to clean a microwave with no problems arising from powerful chemicals seeping into your food is to use a clean wet sponge. Wet the sponge, wring out gently but leave it drippy. Sit it in the bottom of your microwave and turn on your mic for 1 minute. When the mic stops, open the door and allow the sponge to cool a bit before using it to wipe off all of the soft gunk on the top, sides and bottom of the microwave. Don't forget the door!
Your Mic will be spotless and you just disinfected your sponge. To finish just rinse your sponge well first in hot water and then cold to avoid smells and allow to air dry as usual.
