Been reading about putting a bar of soap in bed with you by your legs helps with leg cramps. Any idea if true?

Question:
Take the bar out of the box and put it under the sheets next to your legs and they say, it will stop leg cramps. Dr. Gott in the paper says he has had readers say it works and others say it doesn't. Anyone have an experience with it?

Answers:
No, but I have experience with leg cramps. The most common cause of leg cramps is lack of potassium. Try eating a banana every day and if that doesn't help seek medical advice to find the cause of the problem.

Other Answers:
Dont know if it works.but your crotch will smell clean

I would study the group of vitamin B if I were you.
Also, cut out the alcohol and start eating right.

Perhaps you could bite down on it during excruciating moments. A hot bath usually stops the leg cramps I experience. I think you may be hearing an old wive's tale about the soap.

Drink more water maybe Dehydration
