What does it mean if one of my toes has been twitching for a month? It's minor but I'm worried.?
Question:
Answers:
When there is twitching of any part of your body that is involuntary, the central nervous system is responsible for it. If this gets out of control, only a Medical Doctor can refer you to the right answer, but exercise has worked fine for me in the past or massage in that area and relaxing your feet in soothing, cold, cool water. It should go away soon, but soothing and relaxing sensations will help you.
Other Answers:
you just have a lot of calcium in that area, calcium makes your muscles contract. probably you need to take less calcium. Ask her to try chiropractic, it will greatly benefit her.
