Im a male.. By shaving my armpits will I see a reduction in sweat?

Question:
I sweat alot under my arms.. Even just sitting I'll sweat..

Answers:
No, removing the hair will no stop you from sweating. Ask any girl. If normal antiperspirants don't help, you could try Maxim (see link).

Other Answers:
well, shaiving them wont reduce the amount of sweat glands, but it will mean less hair for the sweat to stick to
A little bit, b/c your armpits won't feel as hot. I can't imagine how guys bear having hairy pits all the time...I would hate it.
probably
No....try eating less salt
loose some weight,
use antipersperant
it is just really itchy
No, but razor burn will sting like heck when you do sweat.
try using sum sweat reduce product...
i think shaving does help to reduce the amount of sweat
but i m not sure
No it doesn't. Your sweat glands are mostly situated at the armpits. Why not use anti-perspirant instead?
No, but without the armpit hair, there will be less odor.
Probably not. I'm a woman, and I shave, but I still sweat a lot. Maybe it will help with odor.

Much Love!!
shaving wont reduce the amount the swet it will just stop it from hang around on your under arm hair. if u swet way to much there is a simple operation where the swet glands can be removed.....eating a healthy diet and keeping yourself always hydrated assits and of course a good deoderant.
I think it will help, because the deodorant can get directly on your skin and help prevent the sweat. Also, yes, I think it will help the odor of any sweat you do have. I know several guys who do this. I think it's much cleaner.
Yes, I think so. I have a reduce ability to sweat from toasting my skin in a steel foundry and whenever I shave my stomach or legs, I feel a lot, lot hotter.

Be thankful you sweat a lot under your arms. I have to spray my skin with water when I exercise. What I'd give for an ebaressing t-shirt stain, lol
No. The sweat under the armpits is a different type than the rest of the body and it responds differently.
look into cortisone shots... at least I think that's what they are.. ask a doctor about it if it's a real concern for you.. I doubt if shaving would help tho...
