Answers:
Mostly we neglect to take care of eyes and only realize it when we actually get problems like tiredness, stress on eyes and weakening of eye sight. Without any medication, the routine exercise for taking care of your eyes is: -

1. Wash your eyes after you get up in the morning with fresh water. - the procedure is, take the water in you hand, making a cup of your palm and make each eye blink in that water 5-6 times, one by one.

2. While reading a book, watching TV, or doing any thing that makes you concentrate, make sure the room is properly lit, light is coming from behind and is not shining direct in your eyes.

3. When reading a book or concentrating on some thing, after regular intervals, close your eyes and rub in circles, gently with the finger tips.

4. Often move your eyes from a closer object to the farther. This way the muscles that make you concentrate dont get over stretched.

5. Try having objects in light colors, especially green and blue colors in your room because they are also relaxant and give a refreshing feeling to your eyes.

Best of luck.

You may want to go to an eye doctor and get checked out. Maybe you are straining; it could be time for glasses or contacts.
