How should I boost up my memory?

Yes, in my head! lol I'm taking online classes and I just can't seem to remember what I have read, especially when it comes down to taking exams. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

just try to write a short summary of the main point after you are done reading instead of reading everything over and over again and revise your summary for the exams.

try "Think Clearly" .it's available at Whole foods..about 21 dollars. and you have to take 3 a day but it Works! Try eating more fish they contain omega three fatty acids, they even created pigs that have omega three fatty acids instead of just regular fat. But I'm not sure if it's out yet. What else.try flashcards, reading things outloud to yourselves, you should look at Dale's cone of learning. It shows how much of the information you intake stays with you. And always get a good amount of sleep, because if you don't, i believe you can lose up to 30% of what you learned.

Try finding out what kind of learner you are, like if you're a visual, auditory, kinestetic, etc. If you do, you can find out what helps you memorize and study best. Magnesium. It gets rid of the aluminum that has been building up in your brain all your life..
