how can i cure a dent?

i know this sounds silly, but get a friend, a toilet plunger and a rubber mallet.

put the plunger down on the dent and GENTLY push it down ( you don't want to make the dent worse.)

One of you gently pull on the plunger while the other taps lightly with the mallet around the dent, if your lucky, it will "pop" out.

this only works on larger dents.

If its a small one, they sell "bondo" auto body filler at the car parts store, and if you give then your VIN they should be able to match your factory paint AND give it to you in a spray paint bottle.

if it's an expensive car, seek a professional. Most "home repairs" are not as nice looking as a professional.

Yea, alot of tomes if you can get behind a large push in type of dent you can pop it back out. Usually it will leave a couple of small creases or dings behind though. But be carefull, you only get one chance to do the best job you can.
