I am sick from the cold then i cant control my top lip when i am eating i cant close my top lip to my bottom?

so i can not breath will i went doctor he said maybe from the cold but i remmber i was nerves before one week and my lips when i was eating checking because i can not in that time control my angry so i am still taking medecin for that case by the way the doctor check me will and said maybe from the cold just i want know my lips it will like this or only one or two week even when i brash my teeth i can not colse my mouth to pull out the water
