Answers:
see a dr. It could be something to do with your kidneys. I waited 2 weeks with a back ache & then I finally ended up in the ER with other complications. I ended up with a severe kidney infection. I'm in the health care field so I should know better. Don't wait anything that is out of the ordinary should be checked out.
Yes. Start with your OBGYN. Female stuff can cause a ton of symptoms. She/he will be able to start you in the right direction.

Whenever anyone ask this question (Should I go see a doctor?), the most likely answer is yes. You probably want to find a good gynecologist with some focus on women's heath issues.
If you are in this much pain, I think you should have already answered your question.

You may need an OB/GYN to perform a pelvic exam, but you may have also done something to your back or tailbone. Start with a general practitioner first, and see where they direct you.
it would be a good idea to see a doctor. pain is like your bodys alarm system so it shouldnt be ignored having a check up would be the smart thing to do.
