How so you get rid of flatuation?

Question:
Everytime I eat or drink anything I pass gas.

Answers:
flatulence suggests that you are not passing gas from your mouth.
There are some causes of flatulence that start at the mouth end. Swallowing air by gulping things down too fast or by drinking a lot of sodas can cause this trouble. The answer is to swallow liquids more slowly and not use a straw to suck the drink and air up. Cutting back on sodas is always a good idea for so many reasons.
There are some causes of flatulence that occur in the intestines. The most common thing is an intestinal infection of pathological bacteria (like C. dificile) or yeasts (like Candida)
Specific foods may cause it if you are unable to digest it. Milk and corn are ones that give people trouble. If you want to sort out the problem, eat a mild meal like clear soup for 2 days. If the gas goes away, then food has a role to play in it. Add a new food each day and note when the symptoms return. That is probably the simplest way to explain what you can do to sort this out.
