Answers:
What are you doing to reverse the scoliosis? There has to be a causation factor. It can be reversed. Apparently you chose the wrong chiropractor.. If you want some suggestions, contact me.

you should try to get another job , something that you don't have to move around so much. once you mess up your hip everything can go bad after that. take care of your body first because if your not well then you cant work so try and take a few days off and relax and then look for a new job.
Make certain that your spinal discs are fine, no bulging or herniations. Then be certain that you don't have any pinched nerves. Try massage therapy. They can work the tight side of your scoliosis, which can relieve some of the pull and pressure. Your doctors should be able to tell you about the condition of your nerves and discs. Good luck, it sounds painful.
ask your doctor to refer you to a physical therapist. My son has a mild form of scoliosis however he has lower back pains if he misses a few days of his exercises.
They explained to me that making the muscles tighter on the straighter side would actually help pull him up straighter.
Is one of your legs slightly longer than the other - that's what caused my spine issues. Have someone measure your legs and see. If this is the problem then you can get a small insert for your shoe that will realign your hips and make you better. Also, there are these reverse heel technology shoes that might help you.
Sorry to hear that. Try to wear a lower back belt. Try to for 30 min a day to lay on your back on the living room floor with your legs elevated on the coffee table with adequate support for your head. I have scoliosis and my back is beginning to straiten out by doing this.
