Chronic partial stuffiness in nose when i lie down especialy : (?

Hi, I seem to have chronic partialy stuffed nose. Like i know it is not 100% clear i always feel a little something, usualy in only one nosdril at a time. When i lie down it gets worse and sometiems forces me to breath though my mouth, it almsot always does actualy. I had this since childhood, it doesnt bother me, maybe i got used to it but i just want to get rid of it for health reasons.

Anyone know what it can be? thx : )

It could be a sinus condition or adenoids. Maybe your tonsils.
