its my 2nd week on my first waiting job my toes and fingers hurt so bad- whats the best remedy other than quit

Question:

Answers:
Feet have arches (two in each foot), just like you see on some of the bridges. The problem with prolonged standing is that undue pressure causes the arches to come under strain and ultimately to collapse. Yours is a case of strain perhaps. Before the strain on your feet worsens, start using shoes that support the arches of your feet and keep exercising your toes and your feet even while standing. Whenever you can, sit down and take the body weight away from your feet.

Other Answers:
Everyone goes through that, you're body is getting used to working so hard. (: It'll get better - I promise.
Get some comfortable shoes and make sure they're slip-resistant.

Can't help you with the fingers. I never had that problem.
You are having the problem because You are not used to sit for a long for waiting.. as waiting causes some anxiety and stress in our body and it takes some time to get used to the jobs like this.
Another thing is that you may also have some metabolic problem like high uric acid or high level of accumulated toxins due to wrong diet.. go on detoxification .. ..switch over to detox diet for some time.. detox diet is alkaline diet i.e. fresh fruits and vegetables......i would suggest aloe vera juice, amla juice (indian gooseberry juice) 30 ml each twice daily... avoid constipation... That leads to accumulation of toxins..consume papaya in the night.. consume plenty of water...
you can also contract your leg muscles, toes, feet while sitting for a long time.. this will also help
This will help you a lot in deed...
