Where can I get a good back support for my chair?

It's airborne, and highly contagious from 2 days before the onset of spots until all the spots have crusted over .
Incubation period ranges from 10-21 days so if one kid comes home sick with it, all the siblings will probably come down with it in about 2 weeks.
Once you've had it it's rare to get it again but can erupt as shingles (very painful)
They're a vaccine available . Check with your family Dr.
