I haven't smoked for three weeks and I want to start again.?

Question:
I am still having cravings and from what I've been told they will never go away. I find smoking to be a social thing for me. I don't smoke in my house, so I really enjoy going to my friends with a coffee and sitting there and smoking. I really think I should start again.
Please don't say "don't you have done so good!" It is all I hear and it is a little patronizing. I know that 3 weeks is a long time and I know it is better for my health not to smoke, but I really enjoy it! I don't do anything else that is bad for me, and these days even refilling your water bottle can give you a disease!!!!!! Maybe I am just venting??!!

Answers:
Yep, you're venting and looking for validation to start again. Patronising or not, you have done well and believe me the cravings do go away - trust me on that.

Not much else I can say - you will make you own choice either way - but if the only thing you miss about smoking is that it goes well with coffee and a natter - don't drink coffee and don't natter.

Get your friends out for a chat while you're walking or getting some exercise instead and make that a weekly catch up - might be a solution for you
roll a joint with a joint roller 1 1/4 pack it so it comes out perfect, hold it like a cigerette when u smoke it,,, and then feel good, and dont die
