You need to test your body for how much sleep it needs as we are all different. Start the first night with no more than eight hours sleep if you wake tired its not enough. The next night try no more than nine hours sleep, If you wake tired again the next night you should try no more than ten hours and so on.
You need to eat two to three hours before bed time and doing some light exercise an hour after the food. A cup of warm milk and a sprinkle of Lavender oil on your pillow ( as dumb as it sounds it really does work) just before you go to bed will help. Make sure your body is warm.
If you still can't get to sleep don't get out of bed just lay there and read a book. You have to teach your body how to get to sleep but it will teach you how much sleep you need.
Good luck and keep trying.
well u should get 8-10 hrs of sleep, also if your having a hard time sleeping, you should try stop eating candies and eat dinner around 7:00pm so you wouldnt have to have a weight problem along with your sleeping problem.
