For about $8 a bottle you can get Delsym. It is a liquid cough supressant that tastes kinda good(like an orange creamsicle) and actually does work for 12 whole hours. I swore by it when I waited tables in a restaurant that didn't allow us to smoke on the property. Everytime I get a cold, I am sure to get a bottle!
Maybe it's post-nasal drip. Something to dry that up, maybe?? Like an antihistamine??
