I have had it for approximately one year. I also have hypothyroidism and take blood pressure medication. This is the only are that i seems to have it. Have tried many types of cremes and nothing works.

Answers:
Did you talk to your Dr? Read all your med profiles see if a rash is a side affect. Is your bra tight? Do you rinse all the soap off after u shower. Do you use deoderant sprays or perfumes? Lotions?Could be anything. Id definately ask your Dr. I know its scary and embarrasing , but Dr.'s have seen it all and once you ask youll feel better.

My mother in law had something like that for quite a while, turned out to be a yeast infection of the skin.

i dono what it is called in english, but afrikaans
it is called gordelroos- see the dr about this one !

If the rash is under the breasts its most likely a yeast infection that can be cleared with mytex cream (a perscription). (Yeast love any warm dark area.) If the rash is not under your breasts it could be a reaction to something.synthroid and bp meds dont tend to cause rashes though. Call your dr's nurse and let them know about the rash, they can advise you on what to do next or call you in a perscription for the yeast. It could be an allergy. What do u mean by flat? Is it flat like a mole or like a cluster of bumps? If it itches, try putting Hydrocortisone Cream on it right after getting out of the shower or your bath. If this cream doesn't work then it might be something more serious. Show it to someone else and then decide if you need to go to doctor.
