poo on my chair then blame the office dog!!

go upstairs to my loo in my flat, as I live on site!! Only for another two weeks 'cos i move then. If I am on nights which is 2 nights in a week then I have 1 before I go to work!

Take loads.
Think about it, you get 5 Min's break, you can read the paper, you save money by not buying toilet roll and best of all, whilst you're taking a dump, you're getting paid for it.

Make an excuse to go home for a while or hold it until its time for you to go home!!

Don't do it. If you must take a crap at work, do it while on an errand or something. If you take too long in the john at work, people will stigmitize you as Mister Poo Poo. You don't want that to happen. It totally ruined my career because I would go every morning right after I sat at my desk. And I would just kind of sit there and read the paper and check my voice mails on my cell, and I was eventually fired for pooping too much. Plus, everybody thought I was disgusting and gross, which I am. But it still hurt my feelings. I have feelings too you know. It's tougher now for me because now I drive a bus.

I usually go to a toilet on a different floor from the one I work on. I cant crap at work if someone comes into the toilets, esp if its someone I might know!
I also fill the toilet bowl with toilet paper first, to make sure it doesn't make a noise when it drops! - plus you dont get any splash back that way

well I wear adult diapers to work so I can just go as I work ..lol
