Answers:
Vertigo in some is accompanied by "nystagmus" (reflex to and fro movements of eye balls). This may interfere with vision.
Feeling weak and vision defects normally do not accompany vertigo. Please ask your doctor.

You may want to see a ear, nose and throat doctor for your vertigo problems. He or she can provide you with more info on your condition. I myself have Meniere's Disease that is similiar to vertigo. I often experience visional problems and have balance troubles too. You may need to be re-examined. Make an appointment and see what the doctor(s) can do for you.

Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!
