How well dones Ear Coning/Candling work? Have you personally dones this? Has it helped?

Question:
Is it worth it? I hear its an amazing thing to do to help keep your ears clean! If you have done this yourself, please tell me what you think or comment is..I am thinking about purchasing the kit.

Answers:
Ignore the nay-sayers. If done right, it's not dangerous. But that's the thing, you have to do it right or, yes, you can get wax in your ears, your can set your hair on fire, you can "cook" your ear drum.

"Cook" your ear drum? Well, not literally, but I once had little tiny blisters on my ear drum because I ignored the discomfort and decided that I wanted to do several candles in a row on that ear and apparently it got too hot in there because it ached the next day and, when I went to the doctor, he said I had teeny-tiny little blisters on my eardrum.

Despite this set-back, I still regularly use ear candles. I just do one per ear or even one for both ears. It no longer takes me 3 or 4 candles per ear to get everything out like it did when I started.

My hearing improved right after I started using them so I think they did get old wax out. I know I used to get a lot more gunk per candle than I do now.

Some people say it's the candle itself that makes the gunk that we see inside the cones when we cut them open. Well, if that was true, I'd be seeing essentially the same stuff in all the candles from the same company but I don't.

Hopefully, the kit comes with good instructions. Like have someone help you do it, don't try to do it yourself. Injuries are more likely to happen when people let the candle burn too low, too close to their head. If someone is watching that for you, you can just relax and let the cone do it's work.

I love ear candles. I have a supply here at my house right now.

Good luck with it!
Jesus r u part of an amish family or what?that was done in the 1800's and no it doesnt work it builds up wax more in your because while the fire is burning the candle wait get this WAX DROPS IN YOUR EAR!!!OMG I DIDNT SEE IT COMING
