How to get off pain of my back ?

Question:
I always feel pain after i get up from bed. I wonder why and how to get off it?

Answers:
If you sleep on your side, try to sleep with a pillow between your knees. It takes pressure off your back.
If you sleep on your back, elevate your feet a little to take tension off your back.
Not guaranteed but I hope it helps ya!

LAY ON A FATTER PILLOW!!!!!!
im willing to bet ur on an old mattress.. time for a new more firm one
get a new mattress or box springs
you could try a heating pad or just something warm
go to a chiropractor. or get a new bed mattress
your bed is in need of change, also you should check out a chiropractor
You might need a new mattress--usually, the firmer the better. You might also want to try some stretches if you have a muscle problem. If you're overweight, lose weight.
maybe u need a new matress or take a long hot bath then watch tv!
I would suggest seeing a chiropractor. They can solve all kinds of issues that otherwise might go unresolved. Good Luck!
Chiropractic is best for back pain. Have your alignment checked, but do not think it will be a quick fix. Give it at least 2 months, listen to what the doctor says and follow the instructions s/he gives you. A Chiropractor helped my back pain, which I suffered with for years. After having physical therapy, which did not help, I checked with my insurance, went to the chiropractor with an open mind, and for me, I was pain free in about 2 months. I fell better, sleep better, and I go to my chiropractor about once a month for maintenance.
bend your knees when lifting, and do exercises to strengthen the lower back.
