anything with omega. Maybe fish oil tablets.not sure if they carry omega in them or not. Youd have to research that one online.

omega 3 oil - check the vitamin aisle at the drug store or find at your local health food store I used to hate fish. Now I love salmon because it doesn't have the fishy taste. But there is always healthy fats. Look it up on prevention.com. But try peanut butter (reduced fat) and olive oil and other oils of the sorts.
