you have to go to www.ecfmg.org and register to take the usmle steps 1 and 2, then you have to take an english test and a practical exam in the US. This not only will ocst you a lot of time, but also a lot of money (probably altogether about $6,000).
Then you have to register with ERAS and apply for residencies, but only after you have passed the above exams, then you interview and then you doa residency. At that point you have to take usmle step 3.

your english is really bad; but i'm guessing your wanting to become a specialist in the phillipines..contact a hospital there. if it's the opposite and your wanting to come here to America; good luck; you'll need to REALLY work on speaking english.
You have to be just a kid to spell that badly. But just in case you could not figure out the spell check look at any hospital and ask one of the Philippine people there that are the Doctors or the therapists. I hear collage is much cheaper there but that you would probably be kidnapped and ransomed because you are American.
There's no way you can be a doctor based on that abortion of the English language you wrote. Learn some basic spelling and grammar, finish your GED, then worry about getting some college.
