One side of my body is bigger than the other?


Question:
Ok I am an athlete and my bodys left/right hemispheres are slightly asymmetrical with my right side being more developed. This has become a serious problem when I run/workout first my left ankle throbs with pain, then the left side of my hip hurts too much to continue working out. This is obviously because of the unevenness of my bone structure, but my question is WHY am I like this and WHAT should I do about this????

Everybody has differences in the left and right side of the body, usually the dominant side develops faster and stronger than the weaker, IE. if you are right handed, your nails will grow faster,your muscles will strengthen quicker etc on that side.
I think in your case, as you are reaching a level of fitness where these differences will start to affect your performance, you may have to exercise more with the left side to compensate for the bodies natural tendency to build up your naturally dominant side.
u have some kind of mental illness because thats impossible.???????????????????...
