I had knee pain for a year and tried every thing including knee braces. Brok down went to a good bone doc, found out I did more damage than good. I now have had 2 operations.DON'T wait get it checked.
You must see a specialist doc: if it's an injury, early treatment will help! If it's arthritis or rheumatic pain, long term remedies are are required: x-ray exam will lead to the correct diagnosis!
Go see a doctor. He/She might put you on a therapy program to help easy your pain. Get an x-ray and if that don't work the doctor will order a MRI and have you go to a specialist.
I like to try the remedies in the store before I see the Dr,I took "move free" made by Schiff and after about a month the pain went away, however if youve damaged your knee badly you might need a operation.I've also used a Knee wrap which helped after I hurt it in a fall.I wore it for a couple three weeks and the pain went away.Good luck, hopefully you can figure out whats right for you.
yer get it chopped off
Ice 20 mins on, 20 mins off. I don't suggest heat. At least in my experience, it causes more swelling. There really isn't many home remedies for knee pain that work. Wrapping it with an ace wrap doesn't offer much support but it's good to do to remind yourself you have an injuried knee.
you can try glucosamaine chronditon and msm works for me. my knees get sore sore i can hardly touch them. the higher mg. you can get is also better. i am heavy set and i take 4 a day for the first week or so and then i cut down to 2 a day. works for me.
