Have you ever fainted?

Question:

Have you ever fainted, and if so, what was the cause & where were you? Yesterday in church my friend fainted and then I almost fainted. I was gagging and sweating and everything got blurry.

Yep I've fainted several times. Once because it was just so hot, but the first time I went with my mother-in-law to her chiopractor*sic* and walked out into the hall and just went down. I was pregnant.

You might want to make sure your blood pressure is where it should be though. So check with your doctor if it happens again.

Maybe you had carbon monoxide in the church. Was everyone else feeling bad too? Tell your pastor, it would be a very good idea to have CO detectors installed.

I was at the Dentist. I'm allergic to Novacaine, but they gave me a shot of it anyhow. I came to on the waiting room floor. Later that day, I came to again.on the bathroom floor.soaked in my own urine.
They STILL claim passing out is not a true allergic reaction, but what if I had passed out on my way home?!

I passed out in a lab once because there was gas leaking out of the hood. If you both passed out, either it's heat or a gas leak. I would talk to the priest and have him check it out.

haven't ever fainted,but, i have been in a car wreck,and hit my head and "blacked out",and don't even remember anything about the wreck..it's crazy!

It could have been from heat, illness, carbon monoxide, or just the shock of a friend fainting.

I fainted in the mall once because I was running around with a 102 fever like a moron. I just got overheated and dropped right in the middle of 579. When I came to, I was on a couch in the middle of the mall.

Yes, all the time I have a problem with my blood pressure regulating itself, so it will drop and so will I. Still working on meds to regulate it.

I have fainted several times and for different reasons. Once I fainted when having my blood drawn. I also passed out when I was really dehydrated.

Was meant to be having blood drawn!. I saw the needle, and that was it. I passed out, and came round lying on the floor!.lol
