Painless hemorrhoids - how to get rid of them?

Ok, this is a cronic ailment and it wil not ever go away completely, but I will say this I have the same problem and have had it under control for years. Simply apply each day a small dab of Preperation H ointment (comes in a tube) on it after you shower or bathe. The continued use of this treatment gives your body a working protection on a daily basis and prevents it from flairing up. Us this ointment every day, it only takes a small amount. It really works.

Ask pharmacist for some anusol cream or pessary, it will shrink it back to size.
hemmorhoidal suppositories will shrink it, but over time it will worsen, and then the only way to get rid of it is surgery. Suggest you eat alot more fiber and drink alot more water so you don't have to strain to move your bowels.
You can get OTC remedies, and can use Tucks, an astringent pad that may help it shrink up. In general the best way is to avoid straining, avoid constipation. It will shrink but just takes time.

increase Fibre in your diet, regular exercise. loose weight if you are obese. Your piles will never completely dissappear. Try some vaseline
