For 2 days in a row now I keep getting nosebleeds in the morning everytime I sneeze hard or blow my nose..?

Question:
It bleeds for a while then stop, the other side is fine but one side is bleeding. The room that I sleep in is quite hot because the door is constantly closed.

Answers:
if the room you sleep in is hot, that means it is probably dry also. your nosebleeds could be because the membreanes in your nose are dry, and when you sneeze or blow it, it starts to bleed. try a humidifier in the room or to more easily check it, take a hot bath or shower and breathe in the mist, and see if that helps your nose and breathing. good luck!
its allergy season, it could be too dry in your house and that is causing your nose to dry out which causes nose bleeds!
