immunization records?
Question:
Answers:
well if you cant find the records you will have to have the shots again to show the school you still have time make an appt with your dr and have him or her give you the shots and a record book to show and keep updates. also try the clinics they may be able to help you too.
Other Answers:
if you dont have your records you can go to your dr and have a blood test to see what your antibodies are. If you are lacking in any you can get new vaccines and they can print out which ones you are up to date with.
maybe your high school has kept a record of them...or ask your doctor or something.. you dont want to get those shots again do you!
call your vet.....no charge
With me, I had to go back to the hospital/GP who originally gave me the immunisations - as they keep patient medical records. They will at least be able to inform you of which ones you had and when, and will be able to write a letter confirming that to your school.
