Are you looking to work there or place someone there. Whatever state you are in you can look for state board of nursing. If you are looking to place someone in a nursing home go visit don't just go by ratings. Trust me please. Things are not what you would expect. The staff knows when the state comes in to inspect and the try to have everything ship shape. I highly don't recommend. I know what goes on in there.

you wont find any because they are the worse place to put a ederly person in. the only way you'll find ratings is to gind someone that doesnt work for one anymore.then they will tell you the truth of what is going on in them.

There are many places to find reviews. The best way I have found to get a good 'review' is to talk to people who have loved ones in a care facility. As a general rule their opinions tend to be true to reality, and a home can be considered good, without having caring people just by the fact that they follow laws and have never been reported for abuse..it's that reported part that is so scary.
